Disc face artwork is the classic grey/red 'Target CD' bullseye design. The back of the disc mentions PDO near the matrix #, and the tray inlay has manufacturing info along the bottom and label code LC 0392 in the lower right corner. There exists a very similar edition with no label code or additional text on the inlay and disc.
