Two Projects to Harness the Surge of the Tides was conceived and executed over the Labor day holiday 1996, in and around Philadelphia area, featuring members of Azusa Plane, Gravity Wax, Fuxa, Therisphere, and Mariner 9. Side A was recorded in a basement on a 4-track, side B was recorded in a warehouse. Special thanks to: the friendly people of Penna., proprietors of the Ri-Ge and 1722 Motor Lodge hotels, Patrick @ Carrot Top, and the knowledgable tour guides at Independence National Park.
