Vivian Jackson's talents as a producer and artist are wel documented, and as for King Tubby, is there a better dub master? For most of his career Tubbs mixed in mono - of course - because that's what the sound systems needed... but sometimes, rarely, he'd mix in stereo and here is a very rare example of his stereo craftmanship, offering a glimpse of what might have if the dice were loaded differently.
