Collects the 2002 album "Human Slushy", the 2003 EP "Hey Rape Girl, Vol. 1", and selections from the 2003 live album "One Planned Slip... Live".

Human Slushy:
-Joe Panton recorded the songs
-Joe Panton played more drums, keyboards and guitar than I did
-at least I got to write all the songs
-except "Charles In Charge" by Timothy Thompson
-Jessica Frick Commins sang on "Groupie Sex"
-I played guitar and sang.

One Planned Slip:
-Chris Zabriskie recorded the songs
-It was at a venue that doesn't exist anymore
-Chris also wrote "You And Me Should Go Away"
-I made up "Stairway To Rudolph," but didn't "write" it
-Same goes for the Eddie Vedder parody
-The dreaded "Monkeys" is based on a live improv done by Steve Poltz that I ran with
-Please don't request "Monkeys" at my shows anymore.

Hey Rape Girl, Vol. 1:
-Recorded on Jessica Frick Commins 4-track
-Inspired by actual events that I wasn't involved in
-I wrote it all
-Celestial Bison gave this to you for free
-Now they don't exist
-Chris Zabriskie helped with getting it out there
-Bhren likes it a lot.
