Released with plain white sleeve. Few of the sleeves came complete with the line "An meine grosse Zukunft, Camel Haus" (which translates to "To my great future, Camel House") handwritten with a blue roller pen by one of the workers of the Swiss Camel-House on one side of the sleeve.
