Tracks 1-9 feature Chinese musicians dis/playing traditional Scottish folk, Pan help us.
On 10-13 Unit perform their own arrangements of 4 works by 1980's independent group Five Or Six.
Tracks 14-29 feature their first 2 live radio sessions for Resonance FM 104.4.
Tracks 1-13 were recorded in November 2006.

Tracks 14, 16, 18, 20, 22-23, 25, 27 & 29 are short introductions to the live sessions at Resonance FM and do not appear anywhere on the release.
