Recorded at Vanguard's 23rd Street Studios, New York, USA. Digitally mastered. Small liner notes (English), Vanguard catalogue and track-list included in the 4 page leaflet. This CD has been made, distributed and marketed by ZYX Music for Germany & Benelux. Made in Germany.

It also says: Originally recorded in 1973 (3 times mentioned). But this is in strict contradiction with the original LP release which was in the year 1972. Legal reasons? There is however no mentioning of a date or year on the CD when it was first released, but it is likely that that was in 1987. The other releases of the Oregon catalogue by ZYX Music were all released in 1987.
