Notes
℗ 1971 Philips. Made and printed in Holland. The release year 1979 is printed at the right lower section of the original inner sleeve of the record as N 26/79.
This repress has the same sleeve printing as the original release except it's been laminated at the back as well and it's been folded with the edges into the inside of the sleeve and it's made out of 1 piece.
This repress has also the same red Philips labels as the original but with a slightly different layout.
On the labels the duration is mentioned in minutes, but the works are grouped in sections which do not correspond with the track-list on the sleeve. Therefore the duration is not given for the track-list.
The front cover is a section of a painting called "Die Geburt Christi", from Francesco Cossa (ca. 1435 - after 1477), Dresden, Gemäldegalerie, Germany.
Sleeve notes on the back cover are in German.
With the album comes a separate leaflet/card the size of the album, containing notes in German and English by Michael Morrow, together with the sung texts of the performed works. The sung texts are translated from Italian into English and German.
