Likely late 60's or very early 70's Danish reissue. "Made in Denmark" vinyl in UK printed sleeve.

This version: The cover is made with three flip overs from fromt to back. Only front is laminated. Center labels do not have boxed EMI logo like the later Danish reissue Please Please Me. Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd. is credited on flip over, bottom right on the back.

Likely a late 60's re-press version.
