THE MIGHTY KILLER-renowned Trinidadian calypsonian, is one of the few calypsonians today, who is capable of giving both the show and record worlds a resounding wallop. Killer, who happens to be a fairly sizeable person, and a fellow who doesn't look anything near the name he has chosen to sing under, has been singing publicly for some five years now. He has traveled extensively throughout his career, and is well known to, and even loved by aliens to his native West Indies. Recently, the calypsonian visited Jamaica to do a series of engagements at clubs and hotels. No one really knew that he had another intention, until the day he walked into JAMAICA RECORDING & PUBLISHING STUDIO LTD., and boldly stated his wish to do some recordings. He was taken very seriously, and was therefore allowed to record. The result of the recordings is this L.P. -- "THE MIGHTY KILLER SHOOTS AT HITS". Killer hopes, through this album, to make a big impression on his listeners, for he has made a very special effort to present a wide range of calypsos, which he sings with classic purity.
