"Borealis" is the name of the musical installation in Svalbard Museum. "Borealis" was made by the local jazz and electronica duo "Råtasseriet". "Borealis" consists of real field recordings from the Svalbard nature combined with small compositions inspired by life and death in the arctic. A yearlong journey made for the opening of the new Svalbard Museum in 2006.
