Since the very beginnin, when we used to go and recordin the Jeremiah's shed for three or four days on the trot, after each day's recording session, we've spent the evening jamming into the wee small hours. We always record the whole thing, and then, in the light of the following (and Sobriety!), listen back to what happened the previous night. Sometimes it's funny, sometimes it's plain ridiculous, But very so often an idea pops out that later becomes a song, as in the case of Rosé and Join With Us.
This is a side of the band that no-one beyond ourselves has ever got to experience, so, for this album's bonus CD, we thought it would be cool to let everyone hear what, we get up to during those late-night jam sessions.
It always takes a while for anything resembling a tune to come out, as we each swim through the musical soup that we're creating until, eventually, we come out the other side with a unified idea. So bear with it while everything falls into place! There are moments in each of these that we love. Maybe some of these will re-emerge as complete songs on albums to come, who knows?
