Gatefold cover, signed by Jon Crosby. 500 copies made with "Limited Edition First Pressing VAST 2011" on the back.5 Test Pressings were made of this, which was noted by the band on the Ebay sale of one.
A second pressing of 1000 was released in 2016, identical in every way to the first pressing apart from an "Australian Import" sticker on the back covering the above text. These are all signed and individually numbered "xxx/1000" by Jon Crosby.
