"We The People" is -as I can tell from my search- a rather popular and generic band name.

This band hailed from Minnesota of the early to mid 1960s, and shouldn't be confused with others from slightly afterward.

As near as I can tell, this release is their only recorded composition. It is also featured on the compilation: "Shutdown '66" (Ernie Douglas Records, 1991), and only 500 copies were pressed. Gold center labels with: "Limited Issue" printed beneath the catalog number and "Time", in black ink.
