Issued in generic white die-cut sleeve. Some were autographed by Juan Maclean and Nancy Whang while others included a signed poster of the album art. Hand-numbered x/100 on A-side label. Each of the generic white die-cut inner sleeves bears a sticker from the manufacturer, A To Z Media, noting details of the pressing order (catalog number, title, purchase order number, quantity, pressing date, etc.). Release was available for pre-order through PledgeMusic site accompanied by a custom "In A Dream" turntable slipmat. Remaining copies were then sold through DFA Direct on-line shop.
