The printed record sleeve says its label is "Wind-Up" both on the binding of the record sleeve and the record. However, there were paper inserts indicating "I Am Shark" record labels. The webstore I purchased the record from also listed the record label as "I Am Shark".
(Edit: It is from "I AM SHARK" but "Wind Up" didn't let them put stamps on it.)

To make matters more complicated, there is no catalog number for either record label. There is, however, a pressing etching on the record from Pirates Press.
