Notes

Compilation of tracks produced with free (open source/open license) software (though exceptions were made for firmwares and operating systems) using free formats and released through a relatively free avenue (Bandcamp). All proceeds go back to the developers of said software.

The download page extensively documents all of the software used.

Download includes liner notes in text format as well as two MIME/base64-encoded ZIP files containing Pure Data patches used to construct two of the tracks.

Also included with the download are the hidden tracks 30-32. The last two were strong submissions but unfortunately, nonfree.

Technically Bandcamp makes the album available in a variety of other formats, but the page warns about the fact that most of these are not free and thus not in keeping with spirit of the compilation and thus recommends FLAC.
