"Mesphisto Waltz," "Invitation to the Dance," and "Danse Macabre" were recorded in Ford Auditorium, Detroit, on January 16, 1959 on 3-track half-inch tape, using three Telefunken 201 microphones. These titles were originally released on SR90203. "Dance of the Seven Veils" and "La Tragédie de Salomé" were recorded in Old Orchestra Hall on March 23, 1958, on 3-track half-inch tape, using one 201 and Two M56 Telefunken microphones. These performances were originally released on SR90177.

Only ORIGINAL MASTERS used for transfer to Compact Disc.
