Notes
Two sets of black vinyl test pressings exist. The first was made in 1990, and the second in 1997, from the same platings. In 2001 separate pressings were made in different color vinyl for each side in an edition of 300 each. The records were then put into storage, except for a few copies circulated into Holland in art montage covers. Finally in 2009 the records came out of storage to be sold. The test pressings (twelve copies total) are the only version of this release with sides A and B on the same piece of vinyl.Other versions
