Notes

-Jake Cinninger version of test print acquired through a pledgemusic purchase/donation. 25 were offered, but only half of them were actually purchased.

-Umphrey's released a time lapse video of Jake making art on white sleeves for the records with colored markers. However, the copy I received had a blank white sleeve, and the plain brown jacket has a colored/layered custom painting on the front. The jackets back is personalized, signed, and numbered.

-Matrix / Runout identifier for side B has no dash between HOF and 2012.
